No purchase is necessary to enter or win sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is open only to continental U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who meet the eligibility requirements detailed below. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

TO ENTER AT STATION SQUARE: Official Entry form, available while supplies last at the Management Office, or on a plain piece of 3" X 5" paper, handprint (no mechanical reproductions accepted): your name, complete address, phone number, and age.  Deposit at the Management Office. All entries must be deposited in-mall during the published period of this promotion.

 

TO ENTER BY INTERNET: You may enter via the Internet by visiting www.stationsquare.com. All on-line entries must be received during the published period of this promotion. Only one internet entry per person per e-mail address per month will be accepted.

 

TO ENTER BY MAIL: On plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, handprint (no mechanical reproductions accepted) your name, address, telephone number and age. Mail your completed entry to:

All mail-in entries must be mailed separately and be postmarked during the published period of the promotion.  

 

WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing at the conclusion of the published period of this promotion. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Winner will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail, and may be required to execute and return an Eligibility Affidavit/Release of Liability/Publicity Release and completed IRS W-9 form within 14 days of issuance of notification or an alternate will be selected in a subsequent random drawing. Prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian. If travel is involved with any prizes, the winner's travel companions are also required to execute and return a Liability Release within this same time deadline. Winning named parent or legal guardian will be required to execute required documents on behalf of a travel companion that is their minor child or ward. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of a travel prize without being accompanied by their winning parent or legal guardian. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or their fulfillment company as undeliverable for any reason will be awarded to an alternate. No substitution by the winner for their prize shall be allowed. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All Federal, state, local or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's and winner's travel companions' names, likenesses and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

 

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal Continental US residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date an entry is submitted, and is void in Florida and where prohibited or restricted. Employees and their family members of Forest City Enterprises, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agencies and those living in the households of same are not eligible. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

 

GENERAL: Entrants agree that Forest City Enterprises, their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and any other companies participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes (Collectively Releases), shall not be liable for injuries, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of the Prize or parts thereof.

Sponsors reserve the right to terminate on-line entry if technical difficulties compromise the integrity or ability to continue on-line entry. If on-line entry is terminated, notification will be posted on the website at www.stationsquare.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made.  Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  All correctly completed entries received on-line as of termination date together with all eligible in-mall deposits and mail-in entries received through the entire promotion, will be included in the random drawing. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

 

Station Square and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software.  This includes any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in sweepstakes, inability to access this web site, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.  Transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any web site; printing or other errors; and any in-mall deposited or mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof are also not held responsible by Station Square.  Proof of mailing entry, depositing entry in sweepstakes display or entering entry information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.  Illegible and incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible.

 

 

 

NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the authorized website address of www.stationsquare.com. Entries made by any other individual or any entity and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and as such ruled ineligible for this sweepstakes. Lists will be fulfilled after the completion of the Sweepstakes.
