Station Square is a privately owned, operated and managed property of Forest City Enterprises, Inc.  Since we are not publicly owned we reserve the right to determine who can and who cannot gain access to our facility.  Following is the procedure that needs to be followed in order to gain access by the news media to film and/or report from anywhere on either property.

 

1)       Contact the Director of Marketing directly via telephone PRIOR to leaving your offices.

* = After Office Hours, contact Security and provide them with your name, telephone number and nature of the news story.  Mobile Security will contact the Director of Marketing and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

 

2)       If permission is obtained for your news story the Director of Marketing will meet you at a time and location specified during the phone conversation.  No filming or interviewing will be permitted until you meet the Director of Marketing at the property.

 

3)       Interviews may only be conducted with the approved company spokesperson from Forest City Enterprises, Inc.  The Director of Marketing will directly tell you who is and who is not approved for interviews. 

 

 

4)       Customer intercept interviews will only be approved on a case by case basis.  All interview questions must be pre-approved by the Director of Marketing. 

 

5)       Access to any of the grounds, buildings, parking facilities or retailer leased spaces is strictly prohibited without approval from the Director of Marketing.
