Conceived in a fiery furnace, bred with certified Black Angus beef, and dedicated to meat lovers everywhere. Pittsburgh Rare debuted at the Sheraton Station Square Hotel in 2001, near where steel workers once seared meat against hot metal in the mill - a cooking style known as "Pittsburgh Rare.” Steaks and chops, seared to perfection, to be savored at a comfortable table overlooking Pittsburgh's distinctive cityscape at its most spectacular.
